Tension is building in a key relationship. This could involve somebody in either your professional or personal life. The problem is, neither of you are willing to budge. For now, in order to keep the peace, it might be worthwhile trying to find where you can compromise in respect to the little things. If that isn’t possible right now, then agree to disagree. But be warned, this issue won’t necessarily be resolved neither and it will only rear its head again sooner rather than later.
