Venus and Uranus getting up close and personal in your opposite sign = volatile people prone to changing their minds or having changes of heart or changing their outfits multiple times. But there’s a charm to it all. Some are nigh on impossible to second guess or there is absolutely no rhyme or reason to their behaviour and you could probably punch a few holes in plans that are presented to you that the person thinks are unsinkable.
