Someone around you is dealing with something today that they feel they have to keep to themselves. For whatever reason, this person, who could be someone close to you, feels they can’t share this problem with you, but if they do it will be better for both of you. Step forward and encourage them to talk to you, let them know you are there for them and you can help. Listen, but if they really don’t want to talk, just be there.
