Where possible, put any logistical issues on hold and reconnect with someone who is really important to you. This could be a loved one, including a child. Take the time to see the world through their eyes and then it will be easier to understand where they are coming from. This will not only help your relationship, it will also give you the chance to get out of your head and back into your heart. Be sure to have a bit of fun too!
