People can get really caught up about the idea of ritual. It’s as if though you can’t achieve success, piece of mind or any type of happiness unless you nail the perfect morning routine. I don’t know about you, but I’m totally OK by starting my day with an Instagram scroll! I’m asked a lot about what these types of success rituals are. I tell them it’s simply a routine with meaning.
