Regular routines, rhythms and schedules generally don’t work best for you as a love of spontaneity and freedom. The fact is, modern life has a tendency to push us into ways of being that can feel a little like Groundhog Day. Jobs need to get done and bills need to get paid, it’s true. That being said though, what are some of the little things you can switch up or shake up to help you feel better about a certain situation? Don’t discount the value of the smallest adjustments.
