Do you keep a dream journal? If you don’t, then may I suggest you keep a note pad and pen next to your bed at night. Why? Because when we sleep, we get the most radical insights, new ideas and symbols that come through that we couldn’t even hope for in our waking life. If something has been troubling you or keeping you feeling restless, then it may be worth your while to keep note of the dreams you have at night for answers!
