The days following a New Moon are always great times to set your intentions. The recent New Moon, in Virgo, invites us to have a good look at our daily routines to ensure we are managing ourselves as efficiently as possible. As today’s moon travels through the sign of Libra we can focus on our relationships with others so we live and work together in the peace and harmony we so deserve.
Everyone needs a duvet day every now and again today could be yours if you need it. Turn off the phone and other distractions and just enjoy some stillness. Read a book you meaning to find the time for, do some journaling or focus on that household task you’ve been putting off. You need some peace and quiet, perhaps some indulgence in a favorite food and just some general kindness. Make sure others respect your needs.
