Misunderstandings are likely today and someone in particular will completely misinterpret something you say or how you act. Whatever it is they haven’t understood the meaning of, it’s up to you to set them straight. Do this gently and with sensitivity, as they already have the wrong opinion of you. Don’t hold it against them, you have to be clear in your intentions, but remember in future who needs that bit more clarity from you.
