Intuition seems to heighten when we slow down long enough to be able to listen to it. When we don’t our intuition can be mistaken for doubt, second guessing or even anxiety. So if every day feels even more rushed than the last and you’re not getting the chance to rest and restore like you need to, then make it a priority. When you give yourself the time you need to still the mind, the answers you seek come with clarity and inspiration, not confusion or overwhelm.
