Today on Facebook I shared a bit about this artwork above…

It’s from Leunig, an Australian cartoonist who’s been around for years and years and years Down Under.

I learned this text off by heart a good 15 years back.

A girlfriend who had gone through some terrible trials at the time shared with with me, saying it had helped her. It felt so freeing and uplifting as she recited it to me.

I found myself looking it up to share with another gal pal today, as she comes out of a tough time.

LET IT GO

Let it go,
Let it out,
Let it all unravel,
Let it free
And it will be
A path on which to travel…

As we move towards the Full Moon happening later this week, there are going to be a lot of people coming out of or even up against a hard time, and a lot of feelings coming up … and that’s fine.

Let them out.

Feelings need to come up. They need to be processed and they need to be released. And the best time of the month is to do that around about now at the time of the movement, towards the Full Moon.

The Full Moon represents our feelings.

And as the Full Moon swells, so do our feelings.

And our feelings are a path on which to travel.

To the Aussies out there, I know Leunig has had controversial views on things but let’s just take this at face value and support everybody who’s going through feeling their feelings.

And just remember we do not encourage spiritual bypassing.

We don’t encourage people just to pretend everything okay, is okay when it’s not.

Yes, we say “focus on the positive”.

And yes, we know that the law of attraction is real, but at the same time, we also very much deal with our feelings and this is the time of the month as we move towards the Full Moon to deal with feelings.

So let it go, let it out, let it all unravel.
Let it free, and it can be…
…a path on which to travel.
