If you are back at work today you are going to feel quite touchy and you’ll easily get into confrontations with your colleagues. Working in groups, even small distanced groups, isn’t advisable if you can help it, stick to your own company or that of someone who understands your insecurities. From this view point you can solve problems much more easily and you’ll be more productive. If you’re still at home it will be easier on you, but you still need to give yourself comfort.
