When I was a kid, my mother took the attitude, “if you want something done properly, you do it yourself.” For many years, I took this to heart and never asked for help and did everything on my own. It got me so far, but that theory didn’t get me as far as I wanted to go. Today, ask yourself is doing everything on your own worth it? If you’re feeling burned out, then maybe it isn’t.
