You’ll struggle to say no to people and to events today, but the truth is you’ll be asked to attend or help with far too many things and you can only be in one place at a time. Prioritise important things and don’t feel bad about putting the things you’ll enjoy and want to do above everything else. Go with what your heart tells you and don’t do anything because someone puts you under pressure.
