When it comes to joy and happiness, variety really is the spice of life for you! I realise options have been limited of late. The ability to go on a date with a beautiful stranger, to visit a local coffee shop, or attend a concert have been pleasures of a bygone era. That though is beginning to change, so you may need to start to think about how you need to change too. What was fun and pleasurable in 2019 may not hold the same value for you now.
