Sometimes the only way we can lift the lid on our hurt, shame and fear is to just go ahead and lift it right up and take a look inside. For some, this may be an emotional lid you’re opening while for others, it may have to do with money, debt or shared resources. Whichever one it may be, the only way to heal some wounds is to take the proverbial scalpel and cut away the infection before it can begin to heal again like new, and better than before.
