Where in your life do you know you try to go too fast? Where in your life could you use with an ease-up in your routines? This is the perfect day to decide that, for the coming few weeks at least, you are going to test-drive proceeding more slowly. Moon Meditation: “Don’t Lose Your Cool…”

Moon in Pisces: I don’t know about you, but one of my aims for 2012 is to stay cool and calm! I am quite a fiery person. While I was in India, I saw a notice which said, “Aim for non-harming thoughts, deeds and words.” It’s a valiant thing to do! It’s quite hard to be calm unless you’re a monk in a cave. When we interact with people, we tend to get our buttons pushed. What we need to do is accept that and learn to deal with the resulting emotions calmly. If we can do that, we start to achieve self-mastery. Not easy but certainly worth striving for!
