Sunday September 30 – Moon Meditation: “I am as Full as the Moon…”

Full Moon in Aries: There’s a Full Moon in Aries which is quite a full on Full Moon! Aries is a very full on sign, as you will know if you have any Aries friends or family. Every Full Moon (nearly) I celebrate with a puja – that’s a Hindu prayer ceremony during which time one gives thanks to God/dess – as my Indian spiritual teacher Narayani Amma says; “Puja is great because it leads to having good thoughts, good thoughts lead to good deeds, and good deeds lead to a good life and good karma!”
