Let’s start with the “good stuff”. Two of the most romantic planets, Venus and Neptune, are aligning this week. Venus represents the Goddess of love, Aphrodite, while Neptune’s all about dreams, poetry, soul mates … and the wonderful veil of illusion which descends when we fall in love with someone.

As you can imagine, when these two meet up, the scene is set for romance. Their connection this week makes Thursday night potentially very romantic for happy couples with nothing to hide. Be warned though, if you’re kidding yourself about love, you could be about to get into a spot of bother!

Overall, life has been a roller coaster for many in the past few months. Uranus and Jupiter’s move into Aries meant that we had to do some fast-dancing on the spot while the ground underneath us shifted!

This week, Uranus actually starts to go backwards – entering a retrograde cycle which will eventually to take him back into the sign of Pisces for another few months. (He’ll be back in Pisces by mid-August and then back in Aries for a long, long stay as of March 2011.)

The baclwards motion of Uranus suggests the endlessly changing landscape is finally going to slow down. Life should be easier to keep up with! It also suggests that where you have refused to let someone go, you’re going to have a helping hand from the Universe at releasing your grip! For some, there will sudden reversals, for better or worse!
